The National Institute of telecommunications and information along the Volga coast (Samara) is one of the four most famous scientific research and expert training centers in Russia, formerly known as gubishev Institute of electronic communication. It was founded in 1956. Its well-known majors include telecommunications, radio engineering, computer science and economics.
