Scripps college, the third largest women's school in the United States, is committed to cultivating intelligent and independent women. It is also a member of the Claremont joint school. It was founded in 1926 and located in Claremont, California. It ranked 24th in the U.S. News American College of Arts and Sciences in 2015.
