F é D é ration International de basketball (FIBA) is an international basketball organization, established in 1932 and headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland. It is composed of national basketball associations. It is responsible for formulating the rules of international basketball games, formulating court and basketball specifications, organizing basketball events such as men's Basketball World Cup and promoting basketball around the world.
